No CKP, CMP, ECT, MAF, TP or VSS codes set, system voltage over 9v, engine speed from 1000-2500 rpm, ECT input over 140°F, engine load more than 45%, throttle angle over 10%, maximum spark retard less than 15 degrees, then the PCM detected that the KS 2 signal was not within the calculated voltage range, conditions present for 300 3X reference periods (100 crankshaft revolutions)
