    Glow Plugs commanded on, then the PCM detected the voltage at the plugs was less than 4.0v, or with Glow Plugs commanded off, then the PCM detected that the voltage at the plugs was more than 4 Ov, or with the Glow Plugs commanded on, the PCM detected more than a 2v difference between the system and plug voltage
