Cause:
    Engine warm-up completed, time since startup 11 minutes, engine at idle speed (over 700 rpm), then the A/F mixture shifted rich by 10% for 18 seconds and the PCM detected that the HO2S-11 did not switch rich, or with the AIR solenoid commanded on, the HO2S-11 did not switch lean. Refer to Monitor Test, code repair chart to test this code.
