Cause:
    DTC P0122 and P0123 code not set, gear selection in Park or Neutral to Drive or Reverse, VSS input less than 6 mph, engine speed more than 2000 rpm, throttle angle at 20 degrees or more, then the PCM determined that it should retard spark timing and disable fuel to individual cylinders to reduce the engine power.
