Cause:
    Engine running with engine speed more than 1000 rpm (wheel speed indicates more than 20 mph in order to enable the test, and the test will disable when wheel speed is less than 5 mph), then the PCM detected that the vehicle speed decreased by 1 mph in 0.5 seconds without the PCM detecting a Brake switch transition, all conditions present for 10 Accel/Decel cycles.
