    Governor Pressure Sensor Too Low Conditions
Cause:
    Engine running, system voltage over 10v, vehicle runtime over 2 seconds, Transmission Sump Temperature input from 207-268°F, then the PCM detected that the TST input was less than 1.6v for 8.36 seconds.
