    Engine speed under 250 rpm, system volts over 10v, ECT sensor input 41°F-212°F, IAT sensor input over 41°F, VSS at 0 mph, APP sensor input less than 15%, Minimum Closed Throttle position not learned, then the PCM detected the TP sensor 1 input was not between 0.24v-0.82v, and that the TP sensor 2 input was not between 4.2v-4.8v with the throttle valves commanded closed.
