Carrera 2 3.6 (250 Hp) Verdict:

Rating 5 stars

Performance Verdict

Sharing the same potent 3.6-liter M64.01 engine, the Carrera 2 offers identical power output and acceleration (0-100km/h in 5.7s). Being rear-wheel drive, it provides a more traditional, lighter, and arguably more engaging Porsche driving experience.

Fuel Economy

Similar to the Carrera 4, fuel consumption remains a characteristic of its era, with urban figures around 17.9 l/100 km. Its RWD nature might offer a marginal efficiency gain over the AWD variant in some scenarios.

Best Use Case: Pure driving enthusiasts, track days, and spirited weekend drives where the unadulterated RWD dynamics and lighter feel are prioritized.
