The original series was designed to fill the slot above the Suzuki Jimny. The first generation was known as Suzuki Sidekick in the United States. The North American version was produced as a joint venture between Suzuki and General Motors known as CAMI. Rating 2 stars

Performance Verdict

With 80 Hp and an automatic transmission, performance is notably subdued. It's best suited for relaxed driving and less demanding tasks, where convenience outweighs speed.

Fuel Economy

The automatic gearbox, combined with the 80 Hp engine, likely results in slightly higher fuel consumption compared to its manual counterpart, making it less economical.
