Volvo S60:
The Volvo S60 is a compact executive car manufactured and marketed by Volvo Cars since 2000. Introduced as the successor to the Volvo S70, the model has been produced in three generations.
The first generation was introduced in 2000 and is based on the Volvo P2 platform. Its estate counterpart is the Volvo V70. A high-performance variant, the S60 R, was introduced in 2002.
The second generation was introduced in 2010; its estate counterpart is the Volvo V60.
The third generation was introduced in 2018 on Volvo's Scalable Product Architecture platform. It became the first Volvo model produced in the United States, at the company's plant in Ridgeville, South Carolina. The United States briefly became the sole global source of the S60 sedan after production in China was temporarily halted in early 2019. Volvo S60 (II (facelift 2013)). With 240 Nm of torque, it offers ample pulling power. Front‑wheel drive delivers efficiency and easy handling. Acceleration is good (0–100 km/h in 9 s). The top speed reaches 225 km/h. A four-door car with a separate trunk, ideal for families and daily commuting. Seating for 5 makes it ideal for daily use.
Performance Verdict
Adequate performance, though the automatic transmission slightly dulls the responsiveness compared to the manual.

Higher fuel consumption when using ethanol, but still a reasonable option for its niche.
