No ECT, EGR Control or Flow, EVAP Control or System, Fuel Trim, IAT, 1C, Injector MAF, MAP, Misfire, TP or VSS codes set, engine runtime over 2 minutes, system voltage from 10-18v, BARO sensor input over 85 kPa, ECT input more than 122°F, IAT sensor input over -13°F, then the PCM detected the Actual idle speed was more than 75 rpm lower than the Desired idle for 15 seconds.
