    DTC P0703, P1575 or P1602 not set, engine speed over 500 rpm, ABS and Traction Control not failed and not active, VSS input achieved 20 mph and remained over 3 mph during the test period, the difference in speed between the non-driven wheels and the driven wheels is less than 6 mph, then the PCM detected a signal transition on the TCC and or Electronic Brake (E/T) switches without a transition on the Stoplamp switch occurring
