1.6 i 16V (107 Hp) Automatic Verdict:

Rating 3 stars

Performance Verdict

The automatic transmission slightly dulls the 107 Hp engine's performance, resulting in noticeably slower acceleration. It's suitable for relaxed driving but lacks urgency.

Fuel Economy

Fuel consumption increases to 7.6 l/100 km with the automatic gearbox, which is acceptable but less efficient than the manual. Still reasonable for urban driving.

Best Use Case: City Driving / Urban Commuting

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • High reliability and durability
  • • Good fuel economy (manual)
  • • Spacious interior and large trunk
  • • Affordable purchase and maintenance costs

Cons:

  • • Dated design and interior materials
  • • Lackluster performance (especially automatic)
  • • Basic safety features by modern standards
  • • Limited comfort features
