2.0 i (98 Hp) 4X4 Verdict:

Rating 2 stars

Performance Verdict

The manual transmission offers slightly more control, but overall performance remains limited due to low power and 4x4 weight.

Fuel Economy

High fuel consumption for the power output, similar to the automatic 4x4 variant, making it less efficient.

Best Use Case: Budget-conscious buyers needing 4x4 capability for specific conditions, willing to compromise significantly on performance.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • Spacious and versatile interior with flexible seating arrangements
  • • Practical sliding doors for easy access in tight spaces
  • • Available 4x4 drivetrain enhances capability in varied conditions
  • • Generally reliable engines (especially the 2.4L) for its era
  • • Good visibility from the driver's seat

Cons:

  • • Modest performance, particularly with the 2.0L engine and 4x4/automatic combinations
  • • Dated styling and interior design by modern standards
  • • Limited advanced safety features compared to contemporary vehicles
  • • Fuel economy can be high, especially for 4x4 variants
  • • Soft suspension can lead to noticeable body roll
