Performance Verdict

A significant step up in performance, offering strong acceleration and a more engaging driving experience. The 315 hp V6 provides ample power for spirited driving and effortless highway overtaking.

Fuel Economy

Expectedly lower fuel economy than the 2.5L variants, but still reasonable for a powerful naturally aspirated 3.5L V6. Performance comes with a trade-off in consumption.

Best Use Case: Performance enthusiasts, frequent highway drivers, and those seeking a more dynamic and powerful luxury sedan experience.

  • • Luxurious and comfortable interior, typical of the Crown lineage.
  • • Smooth and refined V6 engine options, with strong performance in 3.5L variants.

  • • Distinctive JDM styling and exclusivity.

Cons:

  • • Fuel economy can be a concern for the larger V6 engines.
  • • Limited availability outside of Japan, potentially leading to higher import/maintenance costs.
  • • Technology features might feel dated compared to contemporary European rivals.
  • • Steering feel can be less engaging than some German competitors.
