BMW X3 F25 35i (306 Hp) xDrive Steptronic

BMW X3:

The BMW X3 is a compact luxury crossover SUV manufactured by BMW since 2003, based on the BMW 3 Series platform. BMW markets the car as a Sports Activity Vehicle, the company's proprietary descriptor for its X-line luxury vehicles.
The first-generation X3 was designed by BMW in conjunction with Magna Steyr of Graz, Austria—who also manufactured all X3s under contract to BMW. BMW manufactured the second-generation X3 at their Spartanburg plant in South Carolina, United States. Starting with the third generation, BMW South Africa's Rosslyn plant began production of the X3, alongside the Spartanburg plant, after the facility underwent a major upgrade to prepare for the X3 production, replacing the long-running 3 Series production in the plant. This comment is NOT accusing you of anything.*** Hello, I have a bit of a different post here than other post on the sub. My parents have a BMW X3 from 2010 that is pretty low mileage considering it’s age (it has about 150,000 km on the odometer). I know the full history of the car and the fact that it’s been meticulously maintained by my father. My parents were thinking of selling the car however I offered to buy it from them as I am in need of a larger car for a growing family as well as various things I need to haul around now that I own a home. I currently drive a 2006 Honda Civic that has about 270,000 km on the odometer and it runs OK with the exception that it’s a bit worn down with some body damage. I plan on using the BMW X3 as my daily driver but we don’t drive too often. My partner and I both work from home, and our driving typically consist of going to the gym, getting groceries, and visiting friends. We also enjoy going on pretty long road trips down to the United States, and I was thinking on getting a rooftop tent to do some budget road trips in the summer given the price of hotels south of the border. I’m wondering here if it is a good idea to purchase this vehicle or if I should go for something else that is used. I definitely need an SUV used car market here in Canada is insane, on top of that a lot of the vehicles I have checked out in person that or moderately priced had very questionable histories. Looking for some feedback if I should take advantage of this offer or if I should wait it out a bit longer. Thank you! *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically.
