Rating 3 stars

Performance Verdict

Offers adequate power for basic transportation needs, but lacks the spirited performance and responsiveness of the turbocharged or eAssist options.

Fuel Economy

Fuel economy is rather disappointing for its power output, making it less competitive against the more efficient eAssist or more powerful 2.0T variants.

Best Use Case: Budget-conscious buyers prioritizing initial purchase cost over dynamic performance or long-term fuel savings.

Pros and Cons:

  • • Strong performance from 2.0T engine options
  • • Available all-wheel drive for enhanced traction

  • • Comfortable ride quality for daily driving
  • • Distinctive styling after the facelift

Cons:

  • • Rear seat space can be tight for taller passengers
  • • Infotainment system can feel dated compared to rivals
  • • Base 2.4L engine lacks excitement and efficiency
  • • Some interior plastics feel less premium
  • • Resale value might not match some competitors
