1.9 Ddi (150 Hp) Verdict:

Rating 4 stars

Performance Verdict

Offers more driver engagement than the automatic, with adequate power for daily tasks, though still not a powerhouse for demanding situations.

Fuel Economy

Likely the most fuel-efficient option due to the manual transmission, allowing for optimal gear selection and potentially lower consumption.

Best Use Case: Cost-conscious buyers, city driving, those preferring manual control and maximum fuel efficiency.

Pros and Cons:

Pros:

  • • Robust and highly reliable diesel engines (especially 3.0 Ddi)
  • • Excellent off-road capability, particularly with 4WD models
  • • Spacious and practical 7-seater interior
  • • Strong towing capacity for trailers and caravans
  • • Good value for money in its segment

Cons:

  • • Ride comfort can be firm on rough roads due to ladder-frame chassis
  • • Interior design might feel less premium compared to some car-based SUV rivals
  • • 1.9 Ddi engine can feel underpowered when fully loaded or at highway speeds
  • • Fuel economy, while decent, isn't class-leading for the larger engine
