Volvo S80:
The Volvo S80 is an executive car produced by the Swedish manufacturer Volvo Cars from 1998 to 2016 across two generations. It took the place of the rear-wheel-drive S90 as Volvo's flagship sedan.
The first generation was made available for the 1999 model year. It has since been built at the Torslanda Works in Gothenburg, Sweden, with a few 1999 model year cars for the North American market built at Volvo's Halifax Assembly plant. II (facelift 2009) Overview:
Volvo S80 (II (facelift 2009)). With 420 Nm of torque, it offers ample pulling power. It has moderate fuel consumption (~10.2 l/100km). With a weight of 1680 kg, it falls in the mid‑range. All‑wheel drive provides excellent grip, ideal for off‑road use. Acceleration is good (0–100 km/h in 8.5 s). A four-door car with a separate trunk, ideal for families and daily commuting. Seating for 5 makes it ideal for daily use.
