I have a 20 Volvo v60 t5 and love it. I bought it CPO. Space wise it does everything we need it to around the city but gets cramped when doing trips with a 2 yr old. I love the simple design, the seats are comfortable, and I absolutely love the pilot assist tech in this thing, if your considering one make sure it at least has the advanced package. Now, with all that being said it’s a Volvo. Mainte
👍 POSITIVE
If you don't need the extra space, if you have the money, and if you want something that feels much nicer, more comfortable, and more fun to drive, then I would do it. The T5 seems to be pretty solid, but it's still going to cost you more to maintain it than the Toyota. You're not planning on keeping it long enough that I'd worry about long-term reliability, personally. If you have a good local V

Hi. I bought brand new a 2021 xc60 T6 inscription AWD. Like anything a lot will depend on how it’s been driven and maintained. Mine has been flawless zero issues and yes the seats are outstanding. I’ve only driven it though 12,000 miles so far. It’s a serene and comfortable driver especially on the highway One thing that’s nice is with the driver selectable drive modes. I keep it mostly in

Volvo are reliable, I'm certain the Germans are still rigging the markets as I haven't met anyone that owns a VW or Audi or BMW that hasn't had problems with them. Not engines going back but endless little shitty items that constantly need replacing. As a whole, Volvo have gone down in Europe, this is owing to the XC90 airbag suspension being as bad as Range Rover for problems, and frikin expensi

IMO there's a lot of bias in this sub and people take these reliability ratings too personally. I generally believe the reliability ratings. I've owned a 2005 XC90 and currently own a 2018 V90. These Volvos have been LESS THAN reliable than other cars I've owned, but neither of them were unreliable. I have the V90 T6 and that's more than enough power for me. Honestly, I'd be happy with the T5. I

I own v60 B4 (petrol) 2021 in EU. So till now issues I had. 1. Replaced 1 wiper 2. Replaced one door handle because light in the handle was not working. Stopped working. 3. Weird transmission issue. When you stop and press harder brake pedal it kicks a bit. Its noticable. Feels like neutral controll issue. Volvo is investigating that, taking data from my car because its a first time they see this
👍 POSITIVE
If your commute is short and you only plan on putting 5k miles a year or less on your car and you’re only keeping it for 5-10 years just get the Volvo, it’s the nicest of the three by far and it will be fine for reliability as long as it isn’t one of their über-complex PHEV power trains. As for Acura, the interiors are pretty lousy for a premium car, their reliability is not as good as it used t
😐 NEUTRAL
Ditch the VW. VOLVO for safety, but it might not even exist soon, depending on China Acura is boring, but reliable. Drives well from what I’ve heard
